Purpose
Alerts is your inbox for things the platform sends to households: service alerts, articles worth reading, and fillable content — surveys, polls, quizzes, and reviews. Items addressed to you wait with a badge until handled, and the privacy of your responses is a stated contract, not a hope.

The member inbox
- A badge counts what is new; items addressed to you stay until dealt with.
- Open a form, answer at your pace — partial progress saves automatically.
- Submit when done, or decline if it is not for you.
- Forms can carry open and close windows, so a survey may appear on a schedule and close on a deadline.
- Content you were not sent simply does not exist for you — audiences are enforced, not hidden behind an error.
Response privacy
Every fillable form declares itself up front as identified (your name travels with your answers) or confidential. That declaration locks the moment the first response arrives — it cannot be quietly changed afterwards.
- Confidential results are reported only in aggregate buckets large enough that no individual's answer can be singled out.
- Per-form retention limits can apply to responses.
- Quizzes and reviews follow the same declared-anonymity contract as surveys.
The lock is the point
A form that promised confidentiality when you answered cannot later be flipped to identified. The promise you responded under is the promise that holds.
How broadcasts reach people
- In-app to the selected audience, announced by push per your notification preferences.
- By email, with delivery tracking on the sender's side.
- By public link or QR code for audiences outside the product — revocable at any time, optionally requiring email verification before submitting.
- Answering a public form does not create an AccountHouse account.
Where you can read and answer
- The main AccountHouse app and the web dashboard support reading and filling everything.
- AH Lite renders alerts and articles in full; fillable forms are read-only there and hand off to the web or main app to complete.
Privacy, advice limits, and what we do not publish
AccountHouse is a household tracking and organisation tool. It is not a bank, payment processor, tax advisor, or investment advisor. Forecasts, health scores, balances, and alerts are informational.
- Household data is scoped to your household; other families cannot see your ledger.
- Public documentation explains product behaviour and calculation concepts, not proprietary internals.
- Exact scoring weights, anomaly thresholds, cryptography parameters beyond high-level algorithms, and operational detection rules are reserved.
- Authoring, audiences, and delivery tracking are operator capabilities; members see only what is addressed to them.
Intellectual property boundary
This document describes what AccountHouse calculates and which inputs matter. It does not disclose source algorithms, secret constants, or implementation details sufficient to reconstruct proprietary systems.
